ToolOrders sends your order by one of four methods:

• Small parcels, normally up to 2 Kg in weight, by Royal Mail, first class.
• Larger parcels and items of value, above Royal Mail compensation level, by national courier with guaranteed next day delivery (some exceptions like Highlands and Islands)
• Large tool kits and storage systems by consolidated pallet shipping with guaranteed next day delivery.
• Delivery by ourselves

We aim to deliver within 1 - 6 days of order placement depending what time and when you place your order and where you are located. Occasionally we do not have your item(s) in stock with it being on back order by the importer from Sweden, China, Taiwan or USA. We will inform you by email if this is the case. We will also, on occasion, part ship your order where some but not all items are in stock. Carriage is:

• Free on all orders of £60.00 excluding VAT and above
• For orders £0.00 – £24.99 the cost is £3.75 excluding VAT
• For orders £25.00 – £59.99 the cost is £6.45 excluding VAT
